I encourage individual giving with commitment to cause.
I promote and support the work of several non-profits by providing artistic services. Currently, I am involved with organizations who work in social justice, non-violence and women's (girl) empowerment. Support includes in-kind donations of artwork, illustrations, design, and printed tees and patches for fundraising efforts.

GIRL360 "Behind every great woman is a great girl" , one who often discovered her own "superpowers" after encountering other super-cool female role models. The mission at Girl360 is to make encounters like this possible by bringing the stories of history's and today's most amazing women to the attention of a new generation of tween (ages 9-12) girls www.Girl360.net

COUNTERQUO, founded by attorneys Susan Estrich and Susan Vickers, writer Anne Ream and literary critic Charlotte Pierce-Baker, is a national initiative created to challenge the way that the law and the media responds to violence against women. Our goal is to foster new alliances and information sharing between anti-violence leaders from the worlds of advocacy, law, media, public health and the academy. We will encourage the development of fresh ideas and honest dialogue, and consider best practices from other social, legal and public health movements. www.CounterQuo.org

Bandana Project spotlights sexual exploitation of rarmworker women. The project has adopted the bandana as a symbol of solidarity to end this abuse because many farmworker women use bandanas on the job to cover their faces and bodies in an attempt to ward off unwanted sexual attention that often leads to rape. www.BandanaProject.org
