WORLD RIVERS PROJECT - Request for participation Dear Friends, My name is LEE TRACY, I am an artist working in Chicago. I have an artwork called WORLD RIVERS PROJECT where I gather white fabric dipped in rivers of the world, which are then embroidered with the river's name and location, and sewn with others into a huge curtain.  I would like to include a river in your area and seek your participation. Can you please select a river of personal importance and dip white fabric and contribute it to my project? FABRIC: Use existing white fabric such as a t-shirt, tablecloth, washcloth, or pillowcase. Either whole or a torn piece of any type: cotton, rayon, silk, lace, textured and light prints are fine. 2. SIZE: not too small, not to big: 30 x 30 cm - 100 x100 cm (12" x 12" - 40" x 40") 3. DIP AND TAKE PHOTOS. (It is ok if the white cloth picks up stains or soil.) 4. DRY AND SEND the fabric in a flexible envelope/package (estimated 1-2lbs) to: Lee Tracy, The World Rivers Project, 411 North Wolcott Avenue, Chicago, IL 60622. 5.
